HOW?

The Inventory Process

How does post loss
inventory work?

Ideally and whenever possible, the inventory is completed after the cleaning and removal of salvageable items from the location. This helps to ensure that no overlap exists between our total loss inventory and what may be restorable. Once the physical inventory is complete, we will research the current replacement cost for each item and will include web links to high value items. Lastly, we will create a room by room report with all of the information to be submitted to the insurance company.

Our representatives will conduct an onsite inventory of all damaged property and will photograph the damage as well
